What should I expect from my first session?

At your first session, your therapist will ask you important questions regarding medical diagnosis and chronic pain. This information will be confidential, and only used to customize your treatment.

How should I prepare for my first treatment?

Please arrive 15-20 minutes early so you therapist can go through a consultation and necessary paperwork to customize your experience. If you need a doctor's note for a medical condition to receive a massage, please bring it with you at that time.

What is your cancellation policy?

In consideration of others, please cancel 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours will incur a fee of $25.00
